The mission of Community & Senior Services of Midland, Inc. (CSS) is to improve the quality of life of Midlanders by providing an array of services to help them maintain health, dignity, and independence as they grow older.
CSS is a private, non-profit agency that offers a variety of programs designed to meet recognized needs in Midland, especially in the older population. Some of our programs are the Meals-on-Wheels Program (MOW), Homebound Services Program (HBS), Foster Grandparent Program (FGP), Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), and Senior Companion Program (SCP) along with the Midland Senior Center and the Southeast Senior Center.
