RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Attend Orientation training.
- 2. Meet with assigned
client(s) to determine grocery needs, and shopping schedule, brand preferences, and money
limitations. This will be arranged with the Homebound Services Coordinator.
3.
Receive payment of a check made out to the store.
4.
Shop for groceries or prescriptions in a timely manner and
deliver
promptly.
5.
Provide information link between CSS and client. Send in Monthly
Report Forms to CSS.
6.
Provide feedback (suggestions or criticisms), to Homebound Services
Coordinator on quality of program and services to clients.
