The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides community service opportunities for adults 55 years and older. Each member of RSVP is matched to the volunteer opportunity best suited to their own skills and interests. Service opportunities are available through over 65 non-profit agencies and organizations in Midland.
Seminars about the physical, social, and psychological aspects of aging are offered at CSS periodically throughout the year.
CSS is the co-sponsor of Midland Parker Place, an elderly housing project in East Midland. CSS also provides the activity programs at Midland Parker Place, Hillcrest Manor and Langtry Village.

Service opportunities are available through over 60 non-profit agencies and organizations in Midland.
RSVP coordinates the Partnership for Youth Development, which targets at-risk youth in Southeast Midland. Senior volunteers work with CSS and other local non-profit agencies to provide a variety of activities designed to improve literacy, character and self-esteem, and prevent juvenile delinquency, substance abuse, and gang participation.
