Funding of Community & Senior Services?
Community & Senior Services is primarily funded by contributions made by local foundations, churches, corporations, and individuals, as well as the City of Midland, Midland County, the Texas Department on Aging, the Texas Department of Human Services, the United Way of Midland, and the Corporation for National Service.
The History of Community & Senior Services?
The Meals-on-Wheels Program began as an Outreach Project of the First Christian Church in 1974. Community & Senior Services of Midland, Inc. was incorporated as a private, non-profit agency in 1982. For a detailed history go to our History Page.
